Public Land Stewards Summer Cleanup
Join Public Land Stewards this summer for a community cleanup effort in the China Hat area. Be part of the solution and make a difference in protecting our public lands. Every volunteer effort helps keep these incredible outdoor spaces clean and accessible for everyone to enjoy. Meet at 43°58’43.0″N 121°13’27.4″W Bend, OR 97702. Entry through the gate at the end of Horse Butte Road (NF 1815). Once through the gate, you will be directed towards the clean-up area. The gate will open at 8:45 am. Please arrive by 9:15 am to participate.
What to bring:
Bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. Wear layers, closed-toed shoes, and long pants. Bring gloves if you have them; otherwise, they’ll be provided.
Coffee, snacks, cold beverages, and lunch will be provided.
Entry will be granted only to volunteers for the clean up, so please have proof of your Eventbrite handy.
