The workshop will cover block printing techniques such as creating a successful design for the medium\, proper carving techniques and use of the tools\, and the art of inking and printing with hand-carved stamps. Participants will borrow carving and printing tools but will take home their stamp and finished paper or fabric\nprints. Super talented local a Cappella group Bend Camerata will perform at Pronghorn Resort inside a cave! \nAfter a 3/4 mile walk\, we’ll arrive at a stunning 80\,000 year-old cave in a location most have never witnessed. One will be greeted by crackling bonfires and a guided interpretive tour of the cave. We’ll settle inside this magical acoustic wonder for a vocal concert. Bend Camerata’s spectacular 12-person a Cappella performance will bounce off the cave ceiling with crispness that delights the soul! \nAfter the concert enjoy locally produced wine from Volcano Vineyards and Hot Cocoa with Hazelnut Espresso Vodka while mingling with Bend Camerata members.
