Through storytelling\, ancient archetypes\, and practical wellness strategies\, he offers a thoughtful roadmap for navigating adversity and rediscovering meaning. The conversation will explore themes such as worldview\, asking for help\, forgiveness\, gratitude\, and the role of physical health and community in the healing process. \nMarcus Farris is a coach\, author\, and U.S. Army Veteran whose background spans industrial engineering\, endurance athletics\, mindset coaching\, and CrossFit training. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama and is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Passionate about helping people live more fully\, Marcus works with individuals to translate their values into daily life through principles of movement\, nutrition\, community\, and spiritual connection. \nOriginally from the South\, Marcus now calls Redmond\, Oregon home\, where he lives with his wife\, their soon-to-arrive first child\, and their Australian Shepherd\, Scout. \nGuests are encouraged to come early or stay after the talk to enjoy drinks and light bites from our Wayfarer Club bar and lounge\, located just steps away.
