Determined to outwit fate\, King Basilius leads the court on a wild journey through the woods where mistaken identities\, unexpected romance\, and gender-expansive disguises turn tradition on its head. The result is a vibrant celebration of authenticity\, acceptance\, and love. \nFeaturing high-energy vocals\, a live rock band\, and Ancient Greece-meets-the-1980s design\, this production invites audiences to groove along to iconic songs including “We Got the Beat\,” “Our Lips Are Sealed\,” “Vacation\,” Belinda Carlisle’s “Heaven Is a Place on Earth\,” and “Mad About You.”
