DESCRIPTION:Megan Marie Myers\, a beloved Bend artist whose work has quietly shaped the soul of this town has recently been diagnosed with brain cancer. \nHer art is woven into the spaces we gather & expresses so much of what we love about living here. And beyond her talent\, she is one of the kindest\, most genuine humans you could ever meet. \nAs a local artist myself\, I know how much heart goes into building a life through your art—and how vulnerable it can feel when everything is suddenly put on hold. I wanted to find a way to show up for her. \nI’ll be hosting a tattoo fundraiser in her honor on May 7th & 8th . This will be appointment only–with all proceeds going directly to support her during this time. Use my Instagram page to book. \nI’ll be releasing several special flash sheets & opening my books this Friday\, April 3rd. \nIf her art has ever made you smile\, if you love this community & local art\, or if you just want to show up for a truly special human—this is a meaningful (& beautiful) way to do that. \nYou can also support her directly via her GoFundMe through her page @meganmariemyersart . \n
