DESCRIPTION:Pine Meadow Center for Arts and Agriculture is honored to host master baker Marda Stoliar to teach baking tricks and make English Muffins. \nDid you know that english muffins are made on a skillet? Baking these crispy and delicious treats is an excellent way to hone your skills while enjoying the company of other bakers. During this hands-on class you will learn baking tips and tricks from master baker Marda Stoliar of Bend’s International School of Baking. So join us on a chilly Saturday in January to learn how to make this favorite breakfast bread. \nYou can purchase tickets here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/learn-to-bake-classic-english-muffins-tickets-776389571107?aff=ebdsoporgprofile \nIngredients will be provided. \nMaterials to bring: \n-If you have an electric griddle an extra griddle would be appreciated.\n-Don’t forget your apron and if you have a favorite jam you would like to share\, that would be lovely.\n-Sack lunch is advised as there will be a one hour lunch break. The classroom has a refrigerator and microwave available that you are welcome to use.\n-Lastly\, bring a notebook and pen as Marda will be giving instructions on baking techniques throughout the day.
