DESCRIPTION:White Lotus Lion Dance returns this Saturday at Tomi Mart\, Bend’s asian market\, for a special celebration honoring the Year of the Fire Horse. \nThe 2:00 p.m. outdoor performance will feature two lions\, a live instrument team\, firecrackers\, and interactive moments with the crowd. It’s customary to “feed” the lion with a red envelope containing cash — a gesture of appreciation for the performers and a symbolic wish for good fortune\, gratitude\, and prosperity in the year ahead. We’ll have red envelopes available on-site so everyone can take part in this meaningful tradition. \nWe’re thrilled to welcome White Lotus back and share this powerful cultural celebration with our community. Join us as we ring in a prosperous year together!
