Cascade Chorale Presents Pura Lux (Pure Light)

The Cascade Chorale presents the world premiere of a beautiful new mass, Pura Lux, composed by Director James W. Knox, courtesy of an inspired sabbatical. Full of the dynamics you would expect from a great work, the mass presents ancient texts in beautiful new settings. The other part of the program will feature selections from The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, by Karl Jenkins. Concerts are Saturday, March 16, 3PM and Sunday, March 17 at 3PM at the Nativity Lutheran Church, 60850 Brosterhous Road, Bend, Oregon.
