Dr. Madaiah Revana’s pursuit of Burgundy-inspired wines led him to establish Alexana’s Revana Vineyard in the Willamette Valley, a unique site with diverse soil types, reflecting his deep respect for the land cultivated during his childhood in India; these wines, consistently acclaimed, will be paired with the culinary creations of Chef Karl Holl, Executive Chef of Brasada Ranch, who brings his extensive experience and farm-to-table ethos to Wild Rye, the ranch’s newest culinary venture. Chef Holl’s menu showcases the flavors of Central Oregon’s high desert, featuring locally sourced meats and foraged ingredients, prepared with a focus on smoke and fire to capture the essence of the region, offering a complete sensory experience of the land.
