Dehydration Demystified at School of Ranch

Join us for a hands-on food dehydration workshop perfect for beginners! Learn essential techniques for preserving food, compare different dehydration methods (food dehydrators, oven drying, air drying), and discover creative applications from trail meals to transforming leftovers. Instructor Beth from High & Dry Garden Works will guide you through best practices for long-term storage and lightweight camping solutions. The evening includes a community potluck where we’ll share food and experiences. July 23rd, 5:00-8:00 PM at OSU Extension Classroom, Redmond. $40 per person.
