Dinner In The Cave: Meet Your Farmer
Join us for an unforgettable evening in our breathtaking Cave for a celebration of farm-to-table dining. In partnership with Central Oregon Locavore, this special event honors our region’s bounty by connecting you directly with the people who grow our food, all while benefiting Locavore’s Expansion Project.
Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, multi-course meal prepared by Chef Matt Christianson, featuring ingredients from featured local farmers Scott Maricle (Well Rooted Produce) and Justin Rogers (Big Summit Beef). Each course will have the option to be expertly paired with organic, low/no sulfate wines from the sustainable winery, Grgich Hills Estate in Napa. Dinner will include dishes with farm-fresh produce, curated meats, and house-made delicacies.
Meet in the Lodge Lobby at your selected time to be shuttled down to the Cave. Proceeds from every ticket include a $20 donation directly supporting Central Oregon Locavore’s mission to strengthen our regional food system.
