Expert Answers to Hand, Wrist, and Elbow Discomfort

Pain in your hands, wrists, or elbows? You are invited to attend a free seminar presented by two local providers specializing in the treatment of hand and upper extremity.
With 27 bones, 29 joints and at least 123 named ligaments in your hands alone, there is a lot to know regarding the function and health of your upper extremities. Whether you are currently experiencing pain and discomfort in your hands, wrists, or elbows, or you would like to prevent common conditions from happening in the future, this seminar will provide you with helpful information and answers. This free seminar will be presented by two expert providers; Dr. David Holt, orthopedic surgeon at The Center, and Amy Houchens, physical therapist at Southside Physical Therapy.
