Well hot damn! It’s that time of year when the Flamingos face off against the Goats to see who can build the most magical cocktail of them all. Head to San Simon and The Flamingo Room BEFORE APRIL 1, 2025, and try any and all of the competition created by our fabulous bartenders and VOTE for your favorite. The winner will be added permanently to our menu!
How to vote:
Snap a pic of your favorite cocktail and post it on your Instagram, either on your feed or in your stories with the name included. Tag both bars, @sansimonbend and @theflamingoroombend, and that’s it!
