Each dish is crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from four Central Oregon farms, and paired perfectly with our estate-grown wines. From crispy eggplant with black chili oil to lemon-marionberry cake with toasted meringue, every bite is a celebration of the season and the land that grows it.
