Jia is a modern celebration of Southeast Asian street food, inspired by the region’s vibrant markets and roadside stalls. We transform iconic street dishes into elevated restaurant creations, reimagining familiar flavors while honoring their authentic cultural roots.

TUNA TOWER
Sashimi-grade tuna tossed with toasted sesame dressing layered over avocado and fresh mango,
finished with crispy garlic. Served alongside crispy wonton.

PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE
Rice, egg, raisin, cashew nut, yellow onion, green onion, pineapple wok-fried with curry powder sauce.
Choice of chicken, pork, tofu, beef or shrimp.

‘PRARAM’ PEANUT BOMB
Carrot, cauliflower, broccoli and jasmine rice topped with peanut curry sauce and crushed peanuts,
with your choice of chicken skewers, tofu or shrimp.

CRISPY GARLIC CHICKEN
Stir-fried battered chicken with sweet house sauce topped with crispy basil.

TOM YUM SOUP
A classic Thai creamy hot and sour soup with coconut milk, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, chilis,
and mushrooms. Bright, aromatic and spicy, served in a hot pot. Choice of tofu and veggies, chicken or shrimp.

TUNA POKE BOWL
Sashimi-grade tuna tossed with a spicy miso mayo sauce served over sushi rice with edamame,
wakame, cucumber, tobiko, nori seaweed and toasted sesame.

THAI CRISPY BASIL BEEF
Stir-fried Thai basil, ground beef, bell pepper and mushrooms with house crushed chili and garlic sauce.
Served with Jasmine rice and a sunny-side-up egg, topped with crispy basil.
