WAGYU BOLOGNESE
House made wagyu beef bolognese, pappardelle, freshly shaved parmesan and microgreens

YUZU MISO SALMON
Celery root puree, fennel-rhubarb salad, yuzu beurre blanc, teardrop peppers and local bee pollen

BANG BANG SHRIMP
Tempura shrimp, chili crisp garlic aioli, toasted sesame and teardrop peppers

STEAK FRITES
Flat iron steak with pan jus, crispy fries, fennel-rhubarb salad, chimichurri and lemon garlic aioli
