We know that many of you are struggling to process what happened in our community recently. Some are grieving deeply personal losses. Others are wondering how to talk with their children, how to help their neighbors or simply how to move forward. There is no single right way to navigate a tragedy like this. But no one should have to do this alone.
Below, we’ve gathered information about counseling, community support and ways to help. We hope you’ll share these resources with anyone who might need them. In the days and weeks ahead, we’ll continue doing what we can to support our neighbors and share information with the care, compassion and accuracy this community deserves.

Ways to Care for One Another
Reach out to families, friends, teachers and neighbors who may be struggling. Offer a meal, help with errands, listen without judgment, or simply let someone know you are thinking of them.
Respect the privacy of families directly affected. Avoid sharing unverified information or graphic material.
For financial contributions, follow official school district announcements and verified family-authorized fundraising efforts.
Our neighbors will need support long after the initial shock has passed. Let’s continue showing up for one another.
