Cotto celebrates New Yorkstyle ItalianAmerican flavors and handcrafted arancini. Inspired by co-owner Sarah’s Brooklyn roots, Chef James Fink’s 30 years of culinary expertise, and the creative hospitality of Michael Fink, our menu brings a modern take on Italian street food to Bend. From farm-to-table traditions to classic comfort, every dish reflects a lifelong passion for highquality, soulful cooking.
