Craft brewers partner to open UPP Liquids
A master brewing team of award-winning brewer Tonya Cornett, Ian Larkin, Jose Ruiz and Ben Shirley is breathing new life into the former Immersion Brewing facility at Bend’s Box Factory. Partnering with Immersion’s owners Sean Lampe and Amanda Plattner, UPP Liquids—Uniting People and Places—will brew beer, with future plans to add hard seltzer, packaged cocktails, cider and a session mead to its offerings.
